Shipping policy

Orders $49+ will automatically receive free ground shipping at checkout. Orders under this amount will be charged $9.95 flat rate shipping. 

If you order today, your items ship within one week. USA shipments typically take 2-6 business days to arrive once shipped. Orders are shipped using the most economical (ground) method. Hawaii and Alaska have longer transit times and may take 2-3 weeks to deliver.

Failed deliveries:

We are not responsible for packages that fail to deliver due to incomplete address, missing apartment number, mail forwarding, incorrect address, improper/non-secure parcel receptacle, etc. To make a second delivery attempt for returned packages, the customer will be responsible for paying the returned delivery fee.

 

Purchase Options Cancellation Policy/Subscription Policy:

Subscriptions renew on the same day of enrollment each month. If you subscribe today, your method of payment will be charged immediately at checkout. Your box will renew on your original order date. For example, if you bought your first box on the 16th of the month, your box will renew next month on the 16th.

Once renewals process, they cannot be canceled. Be sure to update your subscription status or address before your next renewal date.

Free local delivery is available for orders over $30.00 within Reading/Schuylkill Area.

We will contact you via text message/email with the phone number/email you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.

Login using the same email address you used for your order. After you login, click, "My Subscriptions". Click on the subscription you'd like to edit.

From here, you’ll be able to update payment methods or addresses, skip or pause boxes, and cancel.
