What kind of treats do you offer for my furry friend?

Are your treats really all-natural?

You bet your biscuits they are! Our treats are crafted with wholesome, human-grade ingredients. No artificial additives or preservatives here—just pure, tail-wagging goodness! (Your pup will thank you, and so will your conscience!)

How do I know which treats my dog will love?

Ah, the age-old question! Every pup has their own unique palate (just like humans, but with more slobber). We recommend starting with our best-sellers, and if your furry friend gives you those puppy-dog eyes of approval, you’ve hit the jackpot! (And if not, well, we’ll just blame it on their sophisticated taste.)

Can I return treats if my dog doesn’t like them?

Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns on our delicious dog treats (they’re perishable, after all). But hey, if your pup turns their nose up at them, you can always donate them to a local shelter! Sharing is caring, right? Plus, those pups will be over the moon!

How long will it take for my treats to arrive?

We process orders faster than a Greyhound chasing a squirrel—typically within 5 to 7 business days! Once your order is shipped, you’ll get a notification faster than you can say “fetch!” (Just don’t forget to check your spam folder; sometimes it likes to play hide and seek.)

Do you offer local delivery?

Absolutely! If you’re in the Reading/Schuylkill Area and your order is over $30, we’ll deliver it right to your doorstep for free! (Your pup might even greet us like we’re long-lost friends—who can resist those puppy eyes?)

What if my order arrives damaged?

Oh no! That’s a real bummer. If your order arrives looking like it had a rough day, please inspect it and contact us right away. We’ll work our magic to make it right faster than you can say “treat time!”

Can I send treats to a P.O. Box?

Sadly, we can’t ship to P.O. Boxes at this time. But don’t fret! Just use a regular address, and we’ll make sure your pup gets their goodies without a hitch! (No one likes a treat-less pup, right?)
